Amos Alonzo Stagg Field

Amos Alonzo Stagg Field

The 3,500-seat football and track & field stadium boasts a state-of-the-art ProGrass playing surface, which was replaced in the summer of 2013, and retains the familiar Amos Alonzo Stagg Field designation. The installation of lights prior to the 2002 season permitted teams to play on-campus night games for the first time in program history.

A video display board on the west end of the stadium, in operation for the first time for the 2008-09 academic year, is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment that very few NCAA Division II or III schools in the country can duplicate.

Adjacent to Amos Alonzo Stagg Field is Douglas Arthur '49 Field, which features a natural grass surface for practice space. The running track is eight lanes wide and was completely resurfaced in the summer of 2010.
