Susquehanna Athletics Super Crusaders (Feb. 1-7)

SELINSGROVE, Pa. -- Susquehanna University Athletics handed out its weekly Super Crusaders awards on Feb. 8. Sophomore basketball center Trevor Williamson (McEwensville, Pa./Warrior Run) and freshman basketball forward Gina Palazzi (Newfoundland, Pa./Wallenpaupack) are the men's and women's honorees for the week of Feb. 1-7.

Williamson came off the bench to average 7.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game during Susquehanna's 1-1 Landmark Conference weekend from Feb. 5-6. He also made a team-high three steals over the two games. Seven of Williamson's rebounds--another team-high--came in a 69-59 loss to the United States Merchant Marine Academy on Feb. 5. His two steals in a 74-62 win over Drew University the next day tied for the game-high.

Palazzi came off the bench to average 8.5 points and a team-high 7.5 rebounds per game during Susquehanna's 2-0 Landmark weekend from Feb. 5-6. She also made two steals over the two games. Her game-high-tying 12 points and game-high 12 rebounds in a 65-46 win over Drew on Feb. 6 made up her first career double-double.
