Football Lends a Hand

Knouse Earns National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Award
Susquehanna senior football player Matt Knouse was named a recipient of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame’s Scholar Athlete Award. Entering the final relay on the last day of the Landmark Conference Championships, the Susquehanna women’s and swimming diving team held a slim, three-point lead and held on to win by nine points.

Cardinals Hand SU Conference Loss
The Susquehanna women’s basketball team kept it close for a while in their game against Catholic but ultimately could not bring down the Cardinals, dropping a 74-62 decision on Saturday afternoon.

Season Sweep of Goucher Complete
While it was a game that started out close, the Susquehanna men’s basketball team pulled away with a solid second half to grab a 74-58 win over visiting Goucher on Friday night in front of a packed Houts Gymnasium.
