Palsi Named Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md. – Susquehanna baseball player has been named the Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 3.

Palsi had at least two hits in all five games last week as the team finished 3-2 overall and 2-1 in Landmark Conference play. He totaled 14 hits, four runs scores and 12 RBI's. He hit for a .636 average and had a .636 on-base percentage to go along with a .909 slugging percentage. He finished with four doubles and one triple while striking out once in 22 at-bats.

This season, Palsi has started all 23 games in which he has played and is batting. .389 with 37 hits, 14 runs scored and 22 RBI's. He has eight doubles and one triple for a .495 slugging percentage.

Susquehanna is 15-9 overall with an 8-1 mark in Landmark Conference games. The Crusaders return to action on Tuesday, April 5 when the team travels to Keystone for a 3:30 p.m. game.
