Schetroma Named Preseason All-American

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Susquehanna senior football player Ken Schetroma (Elysburg, Pa./Southern Columbia) was named a DIII College Football Preseason Defensive All-American by USA College Football, Inc.

Schetroma was a Third-Team honoree as a defensive lineman. The senior captain is coming off a career year last fall as he had a career-best 34 solo tackles to go along with 14 assisted tackles. An impressive 10.5 of those tackles were for a loss, another personal best, and Schetroma also added in three sacks, three pass breakups and one fumble recovery.

He was a part of a 2011 SU defense that racked up 25 sacks, third-most in the conference, and 62 tackles for a loss on the year.
