Wealth Professionals of Shamokin has partnered with SU as the official sponsor of the Player of the Week Award. The sponsorship was spearheaded by Ken Shedleski, the owner and president of Wealth Professionals.

The award is also named in honor of late Susquehanna president Gustave Weber, who was SU’s president for more than 18 years who was also an avid Crusader athletics booster who actually served as head football coach for the final two games of the 1965 season.

The Crusaders are back home to host Franklin & Marshall on Saturday at 1 p.m.
