SUFH Takes on Bermuda: Final Game Action
Today, on our fourth day in Bermuda, we started off the day with an early breakfast. We then headed to the field to play the Bermuda National Team. With the rain coming down for the first half of the game, we scored one goal. Then in the second half, we came up short. The game ended in a 5-2 score but the opportunity we had to play Bermuda was the experience of a lifetime.
We then headed back to the hotel where we had a delicious lunch. It was a buffet with everything you could think of. We were supposed to go kayaking but the weather was too rainy so we rescheduled. Instead we showered, relaxed for about two hours and then headed back the hotel lobby to have dinner before we headed off to the field again for another session with Pablo.
Following the evening session, we headed back to the hotel and had a relaxing evening bonding with all our teammates. This was our last day of field hockey and I really think we improved from day one to day three. We took advantage of all the opportunities we had to improve our skills and we learned a lot during game play as well as our sessions with Pablo.
