Two All-Conference Players for Men’s Basketball

TOWSON, Md. – Susquehanna senior center Harley Sellinger (Mill Hall, Pa./Central Mountain) and sophomore guard Brandon Hedley (Silver Spring, Md./Salisbury Prep) have been named 2013-14 All-Landmark Conference players.

Sellinger earned a spot on the First-Team for the first time in his career while Hedley followed his 2012-13 Rookie of the Year campaign with a Second-Team honor this year.

Sellinger, the 2010-11 Rookie of the Year and a 2011-12 Second-Team honoree, finished this season averaging a double-double with 14.4 points per game and a league-leading 10.4 rebounds per game. He scored his 1,000th career point in the final regular season game of the season.

In 27 games, Sellinger currently all conference players with a 62.7 field goal percentage and had a team-high 36 blocks while logging more than 28 minutes per game.

Sellinger finished his career with 1,035 points and 700 rebounds, 28th and ninth all-time, respectively.

Meanwhile, Hedley led the Crusaders in scoring, averaging 17.0 point per game, and shot 35 percent from three-point range (86-246) with his 86 made-threes currently leading the conference. He played a league-leading 36.4 minutes per game, shot 36 percent from the floor and led all SU players with 34 steals. He also had a team-high 127 assists to just 61 turnovers.

Susquehanna finished the season with a 17-10 record and advanced to the Landmark Conference championship game for the first time since 2009.
