Men’s Basketball Moves to 12th in Nation

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Susquehanna men's basketball team is currently ranked No. 12 in the nation in the most recent D3hoops.com poll, released Tuesday morning.

The Crusaders move up three spots from last week's ranking. Last week they defeated Goucher College 98-67 at home. SU is 16-1 overall with a 7-1 mark in Landmark Conference action and is off to the best start in program history.

This season, SU has beaten three teams that were nationally ranked at the time of competition in then-No. 22 Catholic, then-No. 15 Trinity and Landmark Conference rival Scranton, ranked 22nd at the time of the contest.

Susquehanna returns to action on Wednesday, Jan. 27 when the team travels to The Catholic University of America for a 7 p.m. Landmark Conference game.
