Jalon Scott Claims Another Liberty League Rookie of the Week Award

CANTON, N.Y. -- The Liberty League honored Susquehanna University freshman defensive back Jalon Scott (Albany, N.Y./Albany HS) as a football co-Rookie of the Week on Nov. 2.

This is the third Liberty Rookie of the Week honor this year for Scott. He made seven tackles (three solo), broke up a pass and made his league-leading fifth and sixth interceptions this season to help Susquehanna post a 21-7 league win at St. Lawrence University on Oct. 31. He returned one of his interceptions 19 yards in that game, his third two-interception performance of the season.
