12th Place Finish for Men’s Golf at Hershey Cup

HERSHEY, Pa. – Susquehanna's men's golf team finished in 12th place at The Hershey Cup Monday afternoon.

The Crusaders finished +86 (341, 313) for a 654 two-day total. St. John Fisher took the team title on the par 71, 7061 yard Hershey Country Club course. Andrew Park of Swarthmore had the lowest individual score.

The Crusaders were led by Stephen Welkie (Allentown, Pa. / Allentown Central Catholic) who shot +19 (83, 78). Daniel Wilson (Washington, N.J. / Warren Hills Regional) shot a team-low 76 on Monday and finished +23 (89, 76).

Anthony Canarie (South Portland, Maine / South Portland) (85, 81), Ryan Bruvik (Skillman, N.J. / The Hun School) (84, 86) and Dylan Gladd (Rensselaer, N.Y. / Columbia) (93, 78) rounded out the scoring for SU.

The Crusaders are back in action on Sunday, competing in the Glenmaura Invitational in Moosic, Pa.
