SU Men’s Lacrosse Picked to Finish Fourth in Preseason Poll

TOWSON, Md. – Susquehanna's men's lacrosse team was picked to finish tied for fourth place in the 2013 Landmark Conference preseason poll, released Wednesday.

The Crusaders and Catholic each earned 23 points for fourth place. Goucher was selected to repeat as conference champions with 55 points and five first-place votes. Drew garnered 48 points and two first-place votes for second place while Scranton received 36 points for third.

SU, under the guidance of sixth-year head coach Stewart Moan, returns a pair of All-Conference performers with seniors Marcus Cheatham (Reisterstown, Md. / Loyala) and Dave Rinaldi (Hingham, Mass. / Boston College HS).

The Crusaders begin the 2013 season on Feb. 24 by hosting Lycoming at 1 p.m.
