SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Susquehanna men’s lacrosse team will face York (Pa.) in the opening round of the NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse Tournament. SU will travel to York on Wednesday, May 7 with game time still to be determined.
The Crusaders (11-7) won back-to-back Landmark Conference titles with a 9-6 win over Goucher on Saturday afternoon. SU advanced to the NCAA Tournament last year for the first time in program history after capturing its first-ever Landmark championship.
This marks the first NCAA Tournament appearance for York (15-4) after the Spartans set a program record with 15 victories thus far this spring. York fell to No. 2 Salisbury in Saturday’s Capital Athletic Conference title game and earned an at-large bid to this year’s tournament.
