Men’s Lacrosse Picked Fifth in Preseason Poll

TOWSON, Md. – The Susquehanna men's lacrosse team has been picked to finish fifth in the 2016 Landmark Conference Preseason Poll.

The Crusaders received 24 votes, coming in behind Elizabethtown with 48 votes (two first-place votes), Catholic (40 votes, three first-place), Scranton (35 votes, one first-place) and Goucher (26 votes, one first-place). Rounding out the poll in sixth was Drew (11 votes) and in seventh was Merchant Marine (10 votes).

Susquehanna went 14-4 overall last season and 6-1 in Landmark Conference action while clinching the number two seed in the Conference Championships.

The Crusaders return senior All-American Kade MacGregor as well as senior 2014 First-Team and 2015 Second-Team All-Landmark midfielder Corrie Van Haasteren.
