THE STORYLINE: The Susquehanna men's soccer team could not string together back-to-back wins as the River Hawks fell 3-0 at Ramapo on day one of the Stockton Tournament.

TEAM RECORDS: SU is now 1-3-0 on the year while Ramapo is 3-0. The River Hawks also remain winless on the road.

ROUGH START: SU fell into an early hole and could not recover. The Road Runners scored three goals in less than four minutes, all of which were assisted scores.

FIRST START OF THE SEASON: Goalie Chris Dempsey got his first start of the season and played all 90 minutes, finishing with five saves.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE: SU was only out-shot 12-10 but put only three of shots on goal. Noah Carles and Ryan Cronin had two shots apiece to lead Susquehanna. Both teams finished with four corner kicks.

CARDS GALORE: There were a combined nine cards issued in the game; Ramapo received three and Susquehanna had six, including one red card in the 88th minute.

FINAL CHANCE: SU's final chance to get on the board came in the 89th minute when Eric Dempsey's shot was saved by Ramapo goalie Ryan Sprague.

THE LAST TIME: The last time Susquehanna suffered back-to-back shut outs came in 2010 with 1-0 losses to Franklin & Marshall and USMMA on Oct. 13 and 19, respectively.
