August 20, 2011 Susquehanna Women’s Soccer Coach Resigns Susquehanna’s head women’s soccer coach, Andrew Zechman, has resigned for personal reasons. Current head men’s soccer coach Jim Findlay will serve as interim head coach for the 2011 fall season while also remaining at the helm of the men’s team.

April 12, 2011 Thirty-Two Student-Athletes Recognized for Academic Accomplishments Thirty-two Susquehanna student-athletes have received Scholar-Athlete Awards for recording the highest grade-point averages (GPA) on their respective teams during the 2010 fall semester. The award is part of the Student-Athlete Affairs program (SAA), sponsored by the NCAA.
April 4, 2011 Second-Annual Mr. SU a Success Susquehanna’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) hosted its second-annual Mr. SU Contest on March 22 and the event was a rousing success, as SAAC raised $500 for the Special Olympics, the Landmark Conference’s charity of choice.

January 5, 2011 Men’s Soccer Team Earns NSCAA Academic Award The Susquehanna men’s soccer team received the NSCAA Team Academic Award for the 2009-10 academic year, marking the seventh-straight year the team has earned the award.
January 6, 2011 Eisenhart Keeps Academic Awards Coming Susquehanna senior men’s soccer player Brandon Eisenhart has been named to the NSCAA Scholar All-East Region Second Team. He is the lone Landmark Conference player to earn a place on any of the Scholar All-East Region teams.

December 13, 2010 Eisenhart, Stellato Earn NSCAA Honors Two Susquehanna men’s soccer players have been recognized by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) as senior Brandon Eisenhart and junior Joey Stellato were named to the All-Mid Atlantic Third Team.

November 17, 2010 Susquehanna Athletics Inducts 2011 Hall of Fame Class Susquehanna University has announced that seven individuals will be inducted into the SU Sports Hall of Fame as members of the Class of 2011. The on-campus induction ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 12.

November 8, 2010 Men’s Soccer Reels in Postseason Awards After earning a No. 1 seed in the Landmark Conference postseason tournament, the Susquehanna men’s soccer team earned a league-best seven postseason honors. Six student-athletes garnered All-Team honors from the Landmark Conference while head coach Jim Findlay and his assistant coaches were named the Coaching Staff of the Year.

Senior cross country runner Alycia Woodruff and junior men’s soccer player Joey Stellato earned their second Super Crusader honors of the fall.
