GAMBIER, Ohio – Seven Susquehanna swimmers competed at Kenyon College Fast Chance Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
For the men, David Miller finished the 50 yard freestyle in 22.22 – a personal record (PR) and good for 10th all-time – while James Orzolek set PR's in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 21.50 (good for third in the SU record book) and the 200 yard freestyle (good for fourth).
Henry Chang swam a 17:50.19 in the 1650 yard freestyle and a 2:09.38 in the 200 yard IM while Danny Csakai finished the 200 and 100 yard breaststroke in 2:07.00 and 58.16, respectively.
On the women's side, Maggie Palaski set a PR in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 58.22 that put her second all-time. Caroline Henderson set a PR in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:35.36, good for eighth-place in the record books. Meanwhile, Katie Willis swam a 52.73 in the 100 yard freestyle.
The women's 200 yard medley relay team swam a time of 1:49.89.
