River Hawks’ Men’s Swimming & Diving Picked First in Preseason Poll

TOWSON, Md. – The Susquehanna men's swimming and diving team has been picked to finish in first in the Landmark Conference Preseason Poll.

After placing second at last year's championship meet, the River Hawks received 54 points and four first-place votes in this year's poll. In second-place is Catholic with 51 points and the remaining three first-place votes.

Marywood has been picked for a third-place finish (34 points) followed by Scranton (33), Drew (23), Goucher (22) and Elizabethtown (14).

The River Hawks graduated five seniors but return multiple point winners from last season and look to add talent from incoming freshmen.

Susquehanna opens its season on Friday, October 28 when the team hosts the Schweikert Relays at 6:00 p.m.
