Ten All-Conference Honors for Men’s T&F

TOWSON, Md. – Ten Susquehanna men's track and field athletes received All-Landmark Conference recognition following the 2016 Outdoor championship meet.

Kwane Hayle picked up three First-Team honors with wins in the 100m and 200m dashes as well as the 4 x 100 relay. The other members of that relay team were Xavier Brooks, Marcus Gabeau and Armond Owens. Matt Gass was a First-Team recipient following his win in the 400m dash.

In the field events, Desmond Edwards won the triple jump to earn First-Team honors while Jared Minori's javelin title also earned him a spot on the First Team. Jeremy Campbell (long jump), Tom Schetroma (shotput) and Alex Messick (javelin) were also Second-Team honorees.

The Crusaders finished second at the championship meet. Several members of the team will compete at last chance meets prior to the NCAA Division III championships on May 26-28 in Waverly, Iowa.
