TOWSON, Md. – Susquehanna men’s cross country team
has been picked to finish second in the Landmark Conference
Preseason Poll, which was released on Wednesday afternoon.
The Crusaders picked up 50 points and one first-place vote while
Moravian took first with 70 points and seven first-place votes.
Scranton was third (39), followed by Juniata (30), USMMA (25),
Goucher (18), Catholic (16) and Drew (8).
SU lost two top-10 conference finishers from a year ago but solid
upperclassmen combined with a large and talented incoming class
gives Susquehanna a solid chance of finishing at the top of the
conference.
The Crusaders open their season on Friday at the Bucknell Bison
Open.
