Men’s Cross Country Moves Up in Regional Rankings

NEW ORLEANS, La. – After winning this past weekend’s Elizabethtown Blue Jay Alumni Challenge, the Susquehanna men’s cross country has moved up to eighth in the most recent United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) regional rankings.

Susquehanna is ranked eighth in the Mideast Region after starting the season ranked 10th. The Crusaders are the only men’s team from the Landmark Conference to earn a top-10 regional ranking in any region.

SU competed at the Blue Jay Challenge where the team placed seven runners in the top 10 in just its second meet of the fall.

The Crusaders are back in action on Saturday at the Lock Haven Invitational.
