Men’s, Women’s Cross Country Remain Regionally Ranked

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Susquehanna men's and women's cross country teams remain ranked seventh and eighth, respectively, in the most recent United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Mideast Region Poll, released Tuesday.

The men remain seventh after a week in which they were off from competition.
First-year Landmark Conference member Elizabethtown is currently ranked eighth in the Mideast Region and the Crusaders and Blue Jays are the only Landmark teams to receive top 10 regional rankings.

Meanwhile, the Susquehanna women retain the number eight spot in the region this week. The Crusaders are one of three Landmark Conference teams earning top-10 regional rankings; the Elizabethtown women are ranked fourth and Moravian makes its first appearance in the poll this season as the 10th-place team in the Mideast Region.

Both the Susquehanna men's and women's teams are back in action on Sept. 27 at the Lock Haven Invitational.
