Crowe Earns Back-to-Back Conference Honors

TOWSON, Md. – For the second week in a row, Susquehanna senior cross country runner John Crowe (Boalsburg, Pa./State College Area) has been named the Landmark Conference Male Cross Country Athlete of the Week.

On Saturday, Sept. 26 Crowe finished sixth overall at the Lock Haven Invitational and was the first collegiate runner to cross the finish in the 257-athlete field. His time of 25:34.12 on the 8k course was a personal best and is also the top time in the Landmark Conference this season.

The Crusaders placed eighth out of 16 teams at the meet.

The team returns to action on Friday, Oct. 2 at the Paul Short Invitational.
