Men's Cross Country Takes 11th at Lock Haven

Ciaran Fisher nearly had another top-20 individual finish leading the Susquehanna University Men's Cross Country team to an 11th place finish as a team Saturday afternoon at the Lock Haven Invitational.

As a team, Susquehanna was 11th overall with 299 points. Penn State won the team points race with 38 points and Lock Haven was second with 79.

Fisher crossed the line in 21st position with a time of 26:38.5. Teammate Kyle Skelton was the next River Hawks runner to score as he crossed the line in 27:21.6 in 41st spot. Eric Pressler finished 68th in 28:18.5, Leonard Bolinsky was next at 29:20.2 and Brandon Sorge rounded out the Susquehanna scoring 29:38.2.

The River Hawks will compete Sept. 30th at teh Dickinson Long-Short Invitational.
