Women's Lacrosse Ranked Among NCAA Stat Leaders
SELINSGROVE, Pa. – The Susquehanna University women's
lacrosse team is represented in the latest NCAA Division III
statistics, through games of April 4.
Sophomore Chrissy Carfello is tied for 18 th in goals per game
while junior Kristen Reineke is tied for 16 th in caused turnovers
per game. As a team, the Crusaders are 12 th in caused turnovers
per game.
Carfello (Point Pleasant, NJ/Montville H.S.) scored 31 goals in the
Crusaders' first eight games for an average of 3.88 per contest,
while Reineke (Toms River, NJ/Toms River North H.S.) has caused 25
turnovers in eight games to average 3.13 per game.
Susquehanna caused an average of 14.38 turnovers per game in the
first eight games with a total of 115 caused turnovers.
The Crusaders (4-5 overall, 4-2 Middle Atlantic Conference) travel
to Rowan on Thursday at 4 p.m.
