Two SU Players Named to IWLCA Academic Honor Roll

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Susquehanna women's lacrosse players Brynn Reid '15 and Allison Sample '14 have been named to the 2014 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor Roll. The award honors juniors and seniors who have achieved a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher. In total, 363 student-athletes from 126 institutions were honored in Division III this year.

Reid, a midfielder, is majoring in early childhood education and economics. Last season, she was a member of the All-Landmark Conference First Team and was one of the Crusaders' best offensive options, recording 49 points with 30 goals and 19 assists.

Sample, a defender, graduated in May with a degree in physics and previously studied abroad at the University of Economics in Prague in the Czech Republic.
