SU's Ally Bradley Earns All-Region Honor

CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Susquehanna University's freshman midfielder Ally Bradley (Jamison, Pa./Central Bucks South) earned a spot the 2009 Longstretch/National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III all-South Atlantic Region team on Nov. 16.

Bradley, the 2009 Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year and an all-Landmark first-teamer, garnered second-team all-region honors after tallying seven goals and a team-high seven assists this year for 21 points.

Three of her goals were game-winners, including two in overtime (both unassisted). Her first overtime winner came in Susquehanna's 2-1 upset at nationally ranked No. 20 William Paterson University on Sept. 12. The other ended a 2-1 win at Moravian College that clinched SU a spot in the Landmark championships.

Bradley converted Susquehanna's lone penalty stroke this year as well.
