In January, 2012, Nick Hoover was named the head women's soccer
coach at Susquehanna after spending the previous two seasons as an
assistant with the SU men's soccer program.
Hoover returned to his alma mater in 2010 as a member of the men's coaching staff. In 2011, he also served as the associate head coach for the Susquehanna women’s soccer team before earning the title of head coach in early 2012.
A 2006 graduate of Susquehanna, Nick played for head coach Jim Findlay on the men's soccer team as a goalkeeper for four seasons and was named team captain as a senior. He was also a member of the Susquehanna men's swim team, serving as team captain his junior and senior seasons.
Graduating with a degree in public relations, he went on to pursue his masters degree at Westminster College where he was an assistant soccer coach for two years for both the men’s and women’s teams.
Thomas completed her second year as an assistant with the
program in 2012.
Thomas was a three-year member of the University of Pittsburgh intercollegiate women’s soccer team.
From August to October of 2010, she served as the director of women’s soccer operations at Syracuse University. She graduated from Pittsburgh with a degree in communications and a minor in athletic coaching.
Ben Wilson joined head coach Nick Hoover's staff during the
summer of 2012. Wilson will assist in all areas of the team,
including strength and conditioning.
Wilson was a member of the 2011 men's soccer team and also a four-year member of Susquehanna's indoor and outdoor track & field teams as a sprinter.
He graduated from SU in May of 2012.
