TOWSON, Md. – The Susquehanna men's and women's swimming and diving teams will compete at the 2016 Landmark Conference Championships on Feb. 12-14 at the Germantown Swim Center in Germantown, Md.
The SU women are looking to capture their unprecedented sixth-straight Landmark Conference title while the men are hoping to snap USMMA's run of eight consecutive Landmark Championships.
Last year the women defeated runner-up Catholic by a final score of 844-629. SU's 844 points were the highest of any of their five championships.
Meanwhile, the men's 520.5 point performance last year clinched a second-place finish as the Crusaders edged Catholic by two points (518.5). The teams combined for 29 All-Conference performances.
Head coach Jerry Foley and his assistant Katie Robbins '96 earned Women's Coaching Staff of the Year accolades last year, as well.
