Women’s Tennis Falls at Home

QUICK STORY: The Susquehanna women's tennis team fell 8-1 at home against Lebanon Valley on Sunday.

SU'S POINT: Senior Alyssa Fleischman scored SU's only point when she defeated Lebanon Valley's Rebecca Pierpont 6-2, 2-6 10-7 at number two singles.

DOUBLES ACTION: Fleischman and Abagail Ransom dropped 9-8 at number one doubles while Megan Rudloff and Eliza Griffin lost 8-4 in the number two spot. At number three doubles, Julia Spear and Amy Jennings were defeated 8-5.

SINGLES ACTION: Rudloff lost 6-2, 6-1 at number one doubles while Griffin and Spear were defeated in the number three (6-1, 6-4) and number four (6-4, 4-6 and 10-7) singles positions, respectively. Cassey Fox dropped 6-0, 6-2 at number five singles while Jennings lost 6-4, 6-1 at number six singles.
