The Susquehanna University Women's Track and Field team competed against a very strong field of competitors at the 19th Annual Bison Open Friday and Saturday at Bucknell University.

Samantha Reed won her heat in the 200-meter dash Friday night and finished in 20th place overall with a time of 27.12 and Hannah Stauffer took 19th place in the 800-meter race Saturday for the River Hawks.

Amy Kaschak ran a 10:58.40 in the 3K race for a 29th place finish and Hannah Perkins completed her 400-meter race in 1:05.26.

In the mile run, three Susquehanna runners clocked times within a span of 10 seconds led by Kiernan Dougherty. Seema Tailor and Emily Leboffe followed less than ten seconds later.

The River Hawks return home for the final two regular-season indoor meets with the SU Challenge Feb. 3 and the SU Invitational Feb. 18.
