  • Landmark Honors 74 Susquehanna Student-Athletes

    The Landmark Conference announced it spring semester Academic Honor Roll recently and 74 student-athletes from Susquehanna University received recognition. To be eligible, the student-athletes must carry at least a 3.2 grade point average and have completed at least one year of athletic eligibility.
  • Reese Wraps Up Season at Final Qualifier Meet

    Erin Reese ran in the 5K race at the Swarthmore College Final Qualifier meet Monday night and ended up 29th overall with a time of 18:20.61.
  • Reese Leads Four River Hawks to All-Landmark Team

    Sophomore Erin Reese won the 10K race at the Landmark Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships to earn First Team All-Conference honors for the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team. Reese was joined on the All-Conference team by Samantha Reed, Ryleigh Edmonds and Maya Khanna who all earned Second Team honors.

    The Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team capped a second day of competition at the 2018 Landmark Championships with a pair of second place individual finishes and a third place team finish Sunday afternoon at Elizabethtown College.

    Sophomore Erin Reese won the 10K as she posted a time of 39:17.11 as she pulled away from the lead pack late in the race to lead the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team on the first day of competition at the Landmark Conference Championships Saturday at Elizabethtown College.

    Led by sophomore Erin Reese and her fourth place finish in the 3K race, the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team collected 13 top-30 finishes at the regular-season ending Paul Kaiser Classic Meet Saturday at Shippensburg University.

    Tylinn Bitner won the Hammer Throw and led the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team to 15 top-five finishes at the Mansfield University Under the Lights Meet Saturday afternoon and evening in Mansfield.

    Erin Reese took 5th in the 10K unseeded race with a new school record time and the 4x400 relay grabbed 11th place to lead the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team at the 2018 Bison Outdoor Invitational meet Saturday and Sunday at Bucknell University.

    The Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team sent a small contingent of athletes to the Millersville Metrics meet Saturday and came home with five top-10 finishes.

    Sophomore Samantha Reed won the 200-meter dash at the 2018 Landmark Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships over the weekend earning her a spot on the First-Team All-Landmark team as announced by the conference office this week.

    Freshman Sara Arbogast made her way to the podium five times Saturday with three second place finishes and two thirds as she earned the Landmark Conference Female Rookie of the Year award Saturday afternoon for the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team at the Landmark Conference Championships in James W. Garrett Sports Complex in Selinsgrove.
  • Samantha Reed Leads Women in Regular-Season Finale

    Sophomore Samantha Reed won the 200-meter race and took seventh in the 60-meter dash Friday night to lead the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team in the non-scoring SU Invitational in the final regular-season meet. The team will now finish preparation for the Landmark Championships February 24 in Selinsgrove.

    Senior Kailyn Reilly clocked her best career time in the mile run Saturday at the SU Challenge and has earned the Landmark Conference Female Track Athlete of the Week award as announced by the conference office Monday.

    Kailyn Reilly took fourth in the mile and Hannah Stauffer was fourth in the 800-meters to lead the Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team to eight top-10 finishes at the SU Challenge open meet Saturday afternoon at the James Garrett Sports Complex Field House in Selinsgrove.

    The Susquehanna University Women’s Track and Field team has been picked third in the recently released preseason poll by the Landmark Conference as voted on by the track and field head coaches in the conference.
