SELINSGROVE, Pa. – For the second-straight year, the Susquehanna volleyball team has captured the No. 2 seed in the Landmark Conference postseason tournament and will face Catholic on Saturday in the semifinal round.
Juniata earned the No. 1 seed and will serve as host for the semifinal and championship matches, all of which take place on Saturday. The Eagles will play Moravian in the other semifinal match. That match will begin at 11 a.m., followed by the Susquehanna-Catholic match at 1:30 p.m.
The Crusaders have won their last four matches and enter the weekend with a 24-11 overall record, including a 5-1 mark in Landmark Conference matches. Their lone loss came against Juniata, which went a perfect 6-0 in conference play.
The Landmark Conference champion earns an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament. All other Landmark teams are eligible for at-large bids.
