TOWSON, Md. – Susquehanna women's cross country runners Amy Kaschak (Lake Hopatcong, N.J./Jefferson Twp.) and Hannah Stauffer (Middleburg, Pa./Midd-West) earned All-Landmark Conference recognition following their performances at the conference championship meet on Oct. 29.
Both earned Second-Team honors after Kaschak, a senior, finished eighth overall and Stauffer placed 14th. This marks the third All-Conference honor for Kaschak and the first for Stauffer, who joined the cross country team this fall as a junior. Kaschak and Stauffer both set personal-bests at the meet with Kaschak posting a time of 22:34.10 and Stauffer finishing in 23:32.67.
The women's team placed third overall on Saturday with Elizabethtown claiming its third-straight title.
The River Hawks return to action on Nov. 12 at the Mideast Regional meet, hosted by DeSales University.
