Cross Country Caps Off Season at Mideast Regionals
The Susquehanna men’s and women’s cross country squads took the road to compete at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional meet on Saturday morning where the men’s team placed 14th and the women finished 26th. The meet took place at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa. and was hosted by Dickinson College.

Women’s Cross Country Takes Fifth; West Rookie of the Year
The top five teams at the 2012 Landmark Conference women’s cross country championship race were separated by just 25 points and Susquehanna finished in the number five spot. Freshman Ashley West, who took sixth overall, was named the Rookie of the Year.

SAAC Swim-Off a Rousing Success
On Sunday, Oct. 7, members of the Susquehanna University community took part in a charity swim-off, SAAC Saves the Girls: Drown-Out Cancer. Susquehanna’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) organized the event which raised over $1,500 in donations for the American Cancer Society.

SU Wins Landmark President’s Cup for Second Time in Three Years
For the second time in the past three years, Susquehanna University has won the Landmark Conference President’s All-Sports Cup. SU becomes the second team to win multiple Cups after having also won the award following the 2009-10 season.
